5. Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the mutually agreed proposal or invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Delayed payments may attract late fees or suspension of ongoing services.

For software and website development, partial or full advance payment may be required before project initiation.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by AlphaZed Media & Marketing as part of a project shall remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (excluding pre-existing materials, templates, or software frameworks) will be transferred to the client. The client grants AlphaZed permission to showcase completed work for marketing or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the course of any project. Such information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may involve the use of third-party tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., social media networks, hosting providers, analytics tools). AlphaZed Media & Marketing is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or performance of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaZed Media & Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our Services or Site;
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in services;

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
